The Master Suite
The Master Suite features lovely, large suite with king-size bed and a custom-made white chaise lounge to read a nice novel. It has its own balcony facing the manicured backyard. A cozy master bath with a large Jacuzzi and a separate shower.
Rate summer season: $350 per night plus mandatory NYS tax of 8.625% and Suffolk Hotel tax of 3%.
Rate off season: $280 per night
The Green Room
The Green Room, with an antique queen size bed, shares its full bathroom with the Yellow Room. Along with the Yellow Room, the Green Room is ideal for a small family with two children. It has its own balcony facing the manicured backyard.
Rate summer season: $250 per night plus mandatory NYS tax of 8.625% and Suffolk Hotel tax of 3%.
Rate off season: $200 per night
The Yellow Room
The Yellow Room has two twin beds with custom-made headboards and a beautiful antique chest of drawers. It has its own balcony facing the manicured backyard. Along with the Green Room, the Yellow Room has a semi-private bathroom. Ideal for a small family with two children.
The Yellow Room can also be configured with a king-size bed by pushing the two twin beds together if desired.

The Café au Lait Room
The Café au Lait Room features a Queen size bed with a private bathroom. It has sliding doors going directly to the back deck.
